By accessing or using Whirly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Whirly. Users found to be under 18 will be permanently banned and their data deleted. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, report them immediately.
You agree not to use Whirly to:
Premium features are unlocked through a subscription purchased in the Android app via Google Play. Payments and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms. Whirly does not process payments directly. Your Premium status is linked to your account and works on both Android and Web when you sign in with the same Google account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Banned users will not receive a refund for any active Premium subscription.
Whirly provides a platform for users to connect. We are not responsible for the content shared between users during video calls or text chat. Users are solely responsible for their own conduct.
Whirly is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whirly is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Whirly after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Las funciones Premium se desbloquean mediante una suscripción adquirida en la app Android a través de Google Play. Los pagos y reembolsos se rigen por los términos de Google Play. Whirly no procesa pagos directamente. Tu estado Premium está vinculado a tu cuenta y funciona tanto en Android como en Web al iniciar sesión con la misma cuenta de Google.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o banear permanentemente cualquier cuenta que viole estos términos, sin previo aviso. Los usuarios baneados no recibirán reembolso por ninguna suscripción Premium activa.
Whirly proporciona una plataforma para que los usuarios se conecten. No somos responsables del contenido compartido entre usuarios durante las videollamadas o el chat de texto. Cada usuario es responsable de su propia conducta.
Whirly se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido ni libre de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Whirly no es responsable de ningún daño derivado del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la plataforma.
Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de Whirly después de los cambios implica la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
